For lunch today I had a fresh sandwich from the cafe around the corner…but in my lunchbox I had additional snacks that I ate throughout the day to keep my belly happy and my metabolism high.
My lunchbox was filled with an apple, a muslibar, a carrot, a pod full of dried cranberries and macadamias, and a yogurt drink. My belly really is feeling happy now!
